Well I Did It!

I have officially gone public with my newest adventure!

I am in my 3rd week of Co-Active Coaching Certification training.

I had no plans to become a professional Wellness Life Coach when I enrolled at Co-Active Training Institute 2 years ago. My goals were to improve as a person, nurse, mother, and friend.

However, during the Co-Active training, I had my own “A-HA” moment! I realized that I could actually be a Wellness Life Coach and help individuals like myself. I fell in love with it right away. I was able to bring my professional skills to the table and felt confident that I could truly assist those in need.

I have completed 104 hours of core coaching curriculum from the world's preeminent and oldest coaching institution, which is acknowledged as the gold standard in the field by Harvard Medical School-McLean Hospitals. As a healthcare professional, CTI's training curriculum and research-based methodology are amazing. I learnt about it by going through it myself, by leading peers through their "A-HA" moments and then opening up and having them lead me to mine. I love and believe in coaching because I have witnessed firsthand what it is capable of doing - the experiences I have had have been nothing short of transforming.

And this is only the beginning for me.

I would love to welcome you to a coaching session if you are seeking to make a change or invest in yourself. I'm searching for 5 individuals to attend a complementary Sample Session with me (or as the Nurse in me likes to call it a “Triage Session”).

Is there anything you'd want to see more of?

Do you feel stuck?

Are you contemplating a decision?

Career, pandemic, relationships, personal identity, and other topics are on the table. Whatever your concerns are, I'd be delighted to discuss them with you.

And, if you want people to assist in taking care of themselves, please send my contact information, particularly to those working on the frontlines; I would love to connect.
